She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Brookes and Marcella Brookes (Hargreaves); her husband John Hazelet; and her sister Linda Horner. She is survived by: her daughters, Danice Hambleton, Pennie Dailey and Casey Hazelet; her grandchildren, Dustin Hambleton, Olivia Dailey and Sara McCoy; and her siblings, Barbara Wharton and Wilbur Brookes (Janet).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
