He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Crick and Marjorie "Louise" Crick (Eberling); and his sister Renee "Cricket" Crick. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Wolfe (Nick); his grandchildren, Dakota Wolfe, Taylor Crick, Damon Wolfe, Tristan Wolfe, Kaysie Wolfe and Kane Wolfe of Lisbon; his daughter Melissa Witherspoon (Corey); his grandchildren, Isaac Witherspoon and Corbin Witherspoon of Salem; his stepchildren, Anthony and Samantha Rhodes of Lisbon; and his siblings, Ronda Norataj, Ronnie "Allen" Crick, Richard "Kevin" Crick, Robin "Dean" Crick and Ryan "Lee" Crick.
