He was predeceased by: his sisters, Belinda and Melissa. He is survived by: his parents, Robert and Mary A. Webb Sr. (Webber); his wife Grace Webb; his sons, Scott Hart and Drew Hart (Dawn); and his siblings, Faith Webb, Pam Canterbury and Jessie Webb (Tasha). He is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, as well as several nieces and nephews.
