He is survived by: his wife Patricia Makin (Sams); his children, Pamela Franko (Mark), Kimberly Lemmon (Edward) and Christy Semple (Craig); and his grandchildren, Ryan Nordquist, Logan Nordquist, Tyler Lemmon, Colby Semple and Chloe Semple.
