She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Neal and Esther Helen Fassnacht (Jacobsen); her husband Robert "Bob" Waggoner; and her son-in-law Robert "Wooly" Wollam. She is survived by: her children, Jim Waggoner (Sue), Sue Wollam and Dave Waggoner (Carol); and her grandchildren, Eric, Alex (Bree) and Christina. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
