We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2021, at the age of 90, Peggy Moore of Salem, Ohio, born in Parsons, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Regina Vanscoy (Digman) and Roy Vanscoy; her husband Ted Moore (Ted); her brother Don Vanscoy (Tiny); her sister-in-law Donna Vanscoy; her niece Susan Stewart; her nephews, Jason and Jay Vanscoy; and her grandson Ian Colian.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Colian (Tony) of Salem and Vicki Harlan (Jack) of Mineral Ridge; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Merritt (Michael), Brett Horvath (Jen), Ben Horvath (Kayla), Kasey Colian, Tim Colian (Tabbie), Tony Colian (Mandy), Jack Harlan III (Denise), Michael Harlan (Bethanne), Daneen Wilson (Matthew) and Lara Colian; her great grandchildren, Corey (Jenne), Zachary Lewis, Mary, Marisa, Joey Horvath, Emerson, Reagan Horvath, Landon Colian, Anthony, Scott, Kennedy Colian, Hannah, Duncan Harlan, Harper, Hayes Wilson, Kiersten and Alyssa Sheppa; her great great grandchild Maddie Lewis; and her brothers, Roy Vanscoy and Danny Vanscoy (Carmen).
