She was predeceased by: her parents, Denton F. and Mary A. Votaw (Urmetz); her husband Earl Shasteen; and her siblings, Kathryn Sanfrey, Margaret Balsley, Helen Votaw, Dorothy Allison and Albert Votaw.
She is survived by: her children, Sheri Forney of Salem, OH and Eric Shasteenof Salem (Michelle); and her brother Arthur Votaw (Gladys). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
