He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Marshall and Edith Blythe (McLaughlin); and his son Randall Allen Blythe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Blythe (Hartman); his son Michael Carl Blythe (Lisa); his grandchildren, Wesley Blythe and Elizabeth Blythe Gilbert; and his sister Susan Deifenbaugh. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
The family asks that donations can be made in Orville's name to Ohio Living Hospice or Washington Square of Warren.
