He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell T. Oyster and Twila M. Oyster (Kandel); and his grandchild Thomas Scott Johnson (Jean). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Jean Richards (Acomb); his brothers, Jerry Oyster (Inga) of Pensacola, FL and Jay Oyster (Barb) of Alliance; his children, Norma Butcher of Canton, Kevin Oyster of Louisville, Gordon Oyster (Angel) of Canton and Marianne Drexler (Timm) of Durham, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley Johnson, Michael Johnson, Tiffany Atwell (Tyler), Kari Andric, Jessica Butcher, Lauren Drexler and Jenna Drexler; and his pet Rascal. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
