She is survived by: her children, Nicole Louk of Port Jefferson, NY, James Louk (Mandy) of Rogers, OH and Matthew Louk (Amanda) of Sebring; and her sisters, Victoria Goff (Robert) of Poland and Jessica Novak (David) of Austintown.
