He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hilliard and Katherine Hilliard (Gamble); and his sister Cathy Hall. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hilliard (Milhoan); and his children, Mike Hilliard (Lori) of Darlington, PA, Chad Hilliard (Rhonda) of Salem, OH, Wade Hilliard (BJ) of Washington, NC and Julie Dow (Kevin) of Salem, OH. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
