He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Burns (Hagens); his children, Michael Burns of Pittsburg, Christopher Burns of Pittsburg, Devon Brown (Dustin) of Salem and Kelsi Burns of Salem; his siblings, Robert Burns (Louise) of Alliance, Mary "Doll" Perorazio of East Liverpool and Joyce Stein of Jeannette, PA; and his sister-in-law Linda Burns. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
