She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Kleinman and Isabelle Kleinman (Englert); and her siblings, Richard "Mutt" Kleinman, Dennis Kleinman, James Kleinman, Isabelle Cibula and Donna Kleinman.
She is survived by: her husband John David Henley; her children, Kristina Henley of Columbus, Lorina Moffett (Daniel) of Salem, David Henley (Susan) of Austintown and Roberta Bell of Boardman; and her siblings, Coletta Sheddon (Chuck) of Columbus and Teresa Patrick (Jonnie) of Salem. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
