She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lee and Catherine Putnam Webber; her husband Robert J. Webb, Sr.; her daughters, Belinda Lee and Melissa Sue; her siblings, Lillian Earhart and Thomas "Boots" Webber; her son-in-law Joel Canterbury; and her close friend William "Bill" Griffith.
She is survived by: her children, Faith Marie Webb of Lisbon, Pamela Lynn Canterbury of East Palestine, Robert J. Webb, Jr. (Grace) of Salem and Jesse Lee Webb (Tasha) of New Cumberland.
