He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Raymond and Blanche Raymond (Grice); and his siblings, Edward, Donald and Mary Lou Cowan.

He is survived by: his wife Aimee Raymond (Amanda); his children, Catherine Hale (Cathy) of Salem, David (Lynn) of South Carolina and Lisa Smith of Los Angeles; his grandchildren, Katie Hale, Beth Hale, Corey Raymond and Chad Raymond; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Lucci, Anthony Lucci and Layla Cross. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (current funds).
