She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lottman (Russell) and Katherine Lottman (Kenst); her significant other Clyde "Bill" Pennell; her brother Russell "Butch" Lottman of Salem; and her brother-in-law Raymond Shelton of Salem.
She is survived by: her son Ryan Pennell (Megan) of Powell; her grandchildren, Carter and Katherine Pennell of Powell; her sisters, Brenda Carnal (Mike), Marsha Rozeski (Mike), Cathy Shelton and Trudy Cheney (Kevin) of Salem; her nieces and nephews, Carly Houshour (Tony) of Salem, Erica Harr (Ray) of Lisbon, Stephanie Shelton (James Thompson) of Austintown, Brandon Marchese of Warren and Nick Cheney (Samantha) of Lakengren; her great-niece Devan Houshour of Boardman; and her great-nephew Damon Harr of Lisbon.
