He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kastenhuber and Gertrude Kastenhuber (Zepernick). He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Howell (Jeff) of Salem, Holly Bennett (Sonny) of Salem and Melissa Kastenhuber of Sebring; and his siblings, Gerald Kastenhuber of Salem and Marilyn Chamberlain (Steve) of Columbiana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
