She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul George and Ida Roberts; her former husband Keith Carlisle Sr.; her husband Alfred Amatore; her siblings, Emma Lynch, Corra Clason, Edith Sperry and Robert Roberts; and her grandsons, Steven Carlisle and Steven Houchins.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Carlisle (Cherrie), Dwayne Carlisle, Keith Carlisle, Kenneth Carlisle and Julie Carlisle of Salem; her granddaughters, Angie, Stephanie and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Kayla, Stevie, Kadi of Madison, JJ and Eian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Kathy requested no services due to Covid.
