She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Hoffman and Margaret Handschy Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Michael Reeves of Washington, Lily J. Whitehead and Rachael Whitehead; her close friend Blaine Richie of Salem; her husband Keith Whitehead of Salem; and her sister Lisa of Texas.
