With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Manning Raffle Payne in Salem, Ohio, born in Bergholz, Ohio, who passed away on August 6, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lloyd Manning and Marianna Morrow; and her siblings, Paul Manning, Melissa Hays and Lorrie Manning.
She is survived by: her children, Curt Raffle of Salineville, Ohio, Chris McCulley of Salineville and Brandee Wilson of Salineville, Ohio; her siblings, Richard "Archie" Manning of Salineville, Ohio, Becky McIntosh of North Carolina and Amy Manning of Bergholz, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Curt Raffle III, Keith Raffle, Nick Raffle, Taylor Gatta, Adam Hickman, Charles McCulley III, Melissa McCulley, Bradley McCulley and Walker Wilson. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
In compliance with Ohio state regulations and in connection to the COVID-19 public health crisis, visitation with masks and proper social distancing will be held on Tuesday, August 11th from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Home in Calcutta.
