With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Conser of Salem, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross B. Cook and Elizabeth E. Cook (Call); her husband Norman Ray Conser; and her brother Charles Cook. She is survived by: her children, Debra Stamp (Gary) of Salem and Ray Conser (Lori) of Guilford Lake; her sister Kathy Cook Brenner (Tom) of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Stamp, Caleb Conser and Molly Conser.
