It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Brooks of Salem, Ohio, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. Brooks and Muriel Brooks (Thorne). He is survived by: his wife Vickey Brooks (Mifflin); his children, Yvonne Mitchell, Jeremy Mitchell and James White; and his sister Patty Goettler (Marty). He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
