With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnnie Schmutz of Salem, Ohio, born in Council Grove, Kansas, who passed away on October 7, 2021 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Johnnie Schmutz to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy P. Schmutz and Lillian Schmutz (Davies); his grandson Matthew; and his siblings, Glenn Schmutz, Helen Neff and Ruth Frink.
He is survived by: his sons, Roy Schmutz (Abigail) of Homeworth and John Schmutz of Thornville; his siblings, Oliver Schmutz, George Schmutz, David Schmutz and Mary Cook; his grandchildren, Kolton, Garrett and Ashley; and his great grandchild Caiden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
