He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Floyd Stamp and Ruth Stamp (Auld); and his brothers, Donald and Neil Stamp. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Stamp (Barcus); his children, J. Randall Stamp of Salem, Matthew Stamp (Tricia) of Powell and Deneen Gardner (Mark) of Leetonia; his brother Gary Stamp (Debbie) of Salem; and his grandchildren, Levi Stamp, Delaney Gardner, Mekensy Gardner, Ethan, Andrew and Austin Stamp.
