She was predeceased by: her parents, Meryl Voelzer and Lucille Voelzer (Moses); and her brother James Voelzer. She is survived by: her children, Kim Hutton (Brian) of Fremont, OH and Scott Ricker (Kelly) of Lakewood, OH.; her grandchildren, Jared, Matthew and Mallory; and her great grandchild Raelynn. She is also survived by her loving family, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (251 S Broadway Ave, Salem, OH 44460). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Joanne's name.
