She is survived by: her children, Melissa Ensign (Damon) of Medina, Adam Blake of Homeworth, Steven Blake (Jami) of Salem and Kurt Blake (Billie) of Salem; her grandchildren, Kylee, Tyler, Kade, Caleb, Levi, Seth and Zach; her siblings, Terri Greenawalt, Cole Hutton, Dee Saltsman, Beth Stuckey and Matt Hutton; and her aunt Patti Capel-Swartz.
