He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sloan and Bertha Mae Hendricks (Rhodes); and his son Jeffrey Lee Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Hendricks (Kathy); his daughter Kimberly Sue Evans; his grandsons, Mitchell Hendricks (Ciara) and Bryce Hendricks; his sister Audrey Hall (John); and his daughter-in-law Dayna Becki Hendricks. He is also survived by his family, friends.
