She was predeceased by: her father Frank Mozina; her husband Richard D. Jackson; her daughter Lori Fisher; and her siblings, Mary Birchak and Edward Mozina.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Hoerig (Carl), Richard S. Jackson (Dawn) and Amy Farago (Joseph); and her brother Frank Mozina. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
