He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Elder and Athlin Elder (Bishop). He is survived by: his wife Donna Elder (Wright); his children, Jeffrey Elder Jr. (Heather) of Beloit, Mitchell McGuire (Francine) of Salem and Angel McGuire of Salem; and his sisters, Jody Elder and Joy Siebert of Georgia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
