It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Laughlin (Salem, Ohio), born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Laughlin (PK) and Martha Laughlin (Hamilton); and his siblings, Robert and Dora Tinsley (Laughlin). He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Lowry (Lowry); his brother Wayne Kirby Laughlin; and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Halverstadt (Tinsley), Farber Tinsley, John Tinsley (Pam), Rick Tinsley (Jackie), Samantha Tinsley, Jimmy Laughlin, Kirby Laughlin (Jill) and Lisa Guthrie (Mark).
