He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard James and Esther Lantz (Miller); and his brother Thomas Lantz. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lantz (Garick); his children, Jamie and Jesse; his siblings, John Lantz (Carol) of Salem and Lori Staley (David) of Lisbon; and his sister-in-law Barb Lantz of Salem. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
