He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Jean Forney (Craig); his parents, Albert L. Forney and Minnie L. Forney (Beight); his children, Denise and Eric Forney; and his siblings, Helen Ceroli and Andrew Nagy.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura Schmidt (Mark).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Stark Memorial (1014 E State St, Salem, OH 44460). A masonic service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
