He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn L. Brogan and Martha G. Brogan (Tallmadge); and his sister Donna J. Steele. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Brogan (Ewart); his children, Bobbie Jo Roessler (Robert) of Salem, Glenn A. Brogan of Myrtle Beach, SC and Scott Brogan (Kathy) of Garrettsville; and his grandchildren, Christopher (Clara), Grace, Joshua and Korey. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
