He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Arbogast and Letha E. Arbogast (Nicholas). He is survived by: his significant other Rebecca Elaine (Harris); his children, Rachel Gragg (Shawn), Jamie Arbogast, Alex, Ethan and Hailey Gragg; and his siblings, Glenn Arbogast (Betty), Charlotte Rodgers, Hazel Showalter and Shirley Arbogast.
