She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Haynie and Hazel Haynie (Miller); her husband Edward; her son Dan Richard Cvelbar; and her siblings, Robert, Howard, Dan, Walter, John "Jack" Haynie, Annabelle McCabe, Ellen Money and Georgia Hoskin.
She is survived by: her son Edward G. Cvelbar (Sherry L.) of Salem; and her grandchildren, Noah Tyler, Jessica Noelle, Julia Nicole and Jennifer Danielle Cvelbar.
