He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russell Loudon, Fred and Elizabeth Johnson; and his friend Larry Evans. He is survived by: his parents, Frederick "Sam" Johnson and Julie Johnson (Loudon); his sister Paige; his grandmother Marilyn Loudon; his uncle Jeff Johnson (Lisa); his aunts, Vicki Prusia (Duane), Cindy Johnson and Kathleen Schuster; and his friends, Art Schuster, Mak Kid and Peg. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
