She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Moyer and Marie Seccuro (Galford); and her sister Deanna Shingleton. She is survived by: her children, Terri K. Simms of Salem and Larry Simms (Kelly) of Salem; her grandchildren, Megan Simms and Kyle Simms; her stepsister Shelley Tennant of West Virginia; and her former husband Herbert Simms Jr. of West Virginia.
