He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Raymond and Gladys Bell (Willis); and his siblings, Merle, Earl, Joseph Bell, Betty Huston, Dolores Bell, Anna Louise Wilson, Vivian Gorby, Leota Marie Bell and Sandra Finch.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Louise Bell (Scott); his children, Chester Bell (Linda) of Lancaster, Glen Bell (Carolyn) of Lake Wales, Florida and Marjorie Richards (Paul) of Buxton, Maine; and his sister Shirley Westphal. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
