He was predeceased by: his parents, Lily Nicholson Maple and Herb Brammer; his grandparents, Robert, Erma Nicholson, Donald and Myrtle Brammer; and his siblings, Ginger Hughes (Bud), Donald Brammer, Bill Brammer and Ronnie Brammer.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Shivers (William) of Salem, Rob Nicholson (Jackie) of Chandler, AZ, Shawnae Carlisle (Greg) of Salem and Tyler Nicholson (Susan) of Salem; his great grandchildren, Joe Nicholson (Jenne), Alisha Mitoff (Dan), Chelsie Nicholson, Morgan Shivers, Mackenzie Pavilonis (Kyle), Hunter Carlisle, Hensley Nicholson, Hadley Carlisle, Isaac Nicholson, Kennedy Mitoff and Carter Mitoff; and his siblings, Pam Lutton (John), Wayne Brammer (Patty), Jack Brammer and Larry Maple (Melissa).
