He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Purnell (Riskey); and his son Freddie Purnell. He is survived by: his father Fredrick Purnell of Lake Milton; his daughters, Kara Van Horn (Mike) of Sebring and Nicole Purnell (William McFarland) of Salem; and his brothers, Mark and Mike Purnell. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren.
