He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Clyde and Mary Tolliver (Porter); his siblings, Clyde Jr., Earl, Jackson, Garland, Douglas, Jesse, Nora Jean Morehart and Judy Ann Loretti; his children, Terri Ervin (Mark) of Reynoldsburg, Carol Starner (Glen) of Patterson and Steven Troy Tolliver of Thornville; his grandchildren, Matthew Brown (Marcy), Kelly Buckman (Michael), Joshua Tolliver (Rachel), Alison Ruble (Ben), Mikaya Hovis (Austyn), Freddie, Brook, Jenna, Molly Brown, Camille, Michael, Kenna Joanne Ruble and Remington Hovis; and his sister Emma Weidner of Thurston.
