She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Brud" Montgomery and Lucy Montgomery (Highman); and her brother Harry "Pete" Montgomery. She is survived by: her husband James Powell; her children, Ranee McDowell (Joe) of Saint Leonard, MD and Marc Wicker (Kristen) of Venetia, PA; her stepdaughter Pam Mawhinney (Jake) of Cincinnati, OH; her sister Kay Montgomery (Melissa Miller) of Wellsville; and her grandchildren, Lucy, Declan, Theo Wicker, Aidan, Logan McDowell, Libby and Abby Mawhinney.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (631 Main St, Wellsville, OH 43968). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
