He is survived by: his parents, James Earl Moffett and Ann Elizabeth Greenisen (Hartman); his wife Lori Lynn Moffett (Ketchum); his children, Hailey Christine Moffett of Lakewood and Justin Douglass Moffett of Salem; and his siblings, James Eric Moffett of Salem and Elizabeth Ann "Betsy" Moffett-Flanagan (Mark) of Farmville, NC..
Due to COVID, the family had decided to have a unique visitation for Doug.
