She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ward and May Ward (Hiscox); and her siblings, William Ward and Linda Ward. She is survived by: her husband Donald Chappell; her children, David Chappell (Kandi) and Diane Foreman (Jim) of Salem; her grandchildren, Sean Chappell of Leetonia, Kristen Mills (Thom) of Canandaigua, NY and Kelsey Mulcahy (Shawn) of Buffalo, NY; her great grandchildren, Lailen Chappell, Adalyn, Lydia, Mason Mulcahy and Alice Mills; her sister Carol Outtrim (Larry); and her sister-in-law Janice Ward. She is also survived by Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
