He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Stout and Ethel Stout (May); his wife Sandy Stout (Panzott); his son Dean Stout; his stepson Larry Zellers; and his siblings, Jean Roberts, Harold "Bud" and Faye Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Barber of Cincinnati, Nicole Stout of Salem and Jack Stout of Mineral Ridge; and his stepson Ron Zellers of Tampa, Fla.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
