He is survived by: his children, Donald R. Smith Jr. (Amber), Casandra Graham (Nate) and Daniel Smith (Danyell); his grandchildren, Austin Graham, Colton Graham, Daniel Smith Jr., Emilee Graham, Danalyn Smith, Abigail Smith and Scarlett Smith; and his siblings, James Smith, Patty Penick and Peggy Warner.
