He was predeceased by: his parents, William Saltsman and Celia Brown (Blackburn). He is survived by: his wife Linda Saltsman (Meier); his daughter Julie Dowdy (Kevin); his grandchildren, Christian and Abriell Dowdy; his siblings, Donna Martin, Melissa Orr, Brian Brown (Karen), Bruce Brown (Kelcey), Robert Wilson (Bonnie) and Richard Wilson (Linda); and also Minnie Adkins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home (1014 E State St, Salem, OH 44460). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
