He is survived by: his wife Anne Lutz (Fritzman); his daughters, Angie Votaw (Heath) of Salem and Laurie Anderson (Wes) of Salem; his grandchildren, Kaleb Votaw, Graham Anderson and Myla Anderson; and his brother Danny Lutz of Salem.
