He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rickman; his children, Amanda Ingle (Ryan), Don Jr. Rickman (Amanda Jo) and Katie Rickman; his grandchildren, Summer, Noah, Ivy, Maxwell and Arlie; his stepmother Rosie Rickman; his mother-in-law Beverly Musacchio; his adoptive parents, Bob Hutton and Darlene Hutton; and his siblings, Jannette Leatherman, Karl Rickman (Linda), Lois Barker, Desi Rickman (Kit) and Lynnette Moretz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, dear extended family and many friends.
