She is survived by: her siblings, Debbie Thomas (William) of Salem, Sheryl McMullin (Stephen) of Parker, Susan Cutlip of Salem, Allen Phillips (Donna) of Conway, SC, Mark Phillips (Joyce) of Salem, Tom Phillips (Heidi) of Salem, David Phillips (Amy) of Hanoverton and Dale Phillips (Tammy) of Salineville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
